Vertical Cantilever Pumps are endurance engineered to withstand even the most aggressive process environments. Progressive casting wall thickness extends service life. The single volute, single discharge design passes extremely large solids. This also eliminates the need for hydraulic balancing and enables dry running of the pump.
There are number of features that aid in routine maintenance including through bolt construction below the mounting plate, and pump impeller wear adjustment located above the sump cover. Additionally, all mated components are piloted (register-fit) to ensure concentricity and aid in reassembly of the pump.
The open by-pass design tolerates pump shut-off in variable processes. To accommodate a range of power installations, drive options include direct, v-belt, right angle, and variable frequency.
TWO/CWO Wet Pit Pump
Sizes: 1″ to 16″
Capacities: Up to 10,000+ gpm
Pressures: To 130 psi
Features
- Recommended for handling heavy slurries up to 70% solids, molten salts, and metals to 1500°F
- Designed for wet pit installation with bottom suction or optional top suction
- The TWO features an open shaft and strong tubular supports for the casing
- The CWO closed shaft model is a legacy product and only available as a direct replacement for a previously purchased pump. Please contact us to discuss your replacement pump needs.
- Custom design options include choice of materials of construction, including wide selection of abrasion-, corrosion-, and heat-resistant metals
CDO Dry Mounted Pump
Sizes: 1.5″ to 10″
Capacities: Up to 4,000 gpm
Pressures: To 87 psi
Features
- Recommended for heavy slurry applications not suitable for wet pit pumps due to tank agitator interference, including magnetite and ceramic slip pumping
- Designed for dry pit installation with bottom suction or top suction mounting options
- True cantilever shaft design-no bearings, seals, packing, bushings or other rubbing parts are in contact with the pumpage
- No flushing or sealing fluids are required
- Bearing frame, mounting assembly and drive are not directly over source vessel, lessening contact with fumes and splash

Capacities: Up to 300 gpm
Pressures: To 54 psi

- Recommended for light to medium weight slurries at near ambient temperatures
- Designed for wet pit installation
- True cantilever shaft design-no bearings, bushings or brushes below the mounting plate
- A spacer area between the mounting plate and motor protects motor and bearings from contamination
- Suitable for depth settings up to 3 feet; suction extension available to increase overall pump length
